1. Man-machine interface replaces the function of traditional control panel, digital setting, and indicator lamp etc. display of equipment state, operation and parameter setting at any time.
2. PLC sets the whole sawing/cutting process, hydraulic control of sawing/cutting feeding, tensioning of band saw and clamping of workpiece, stepless adjustable.
3. Feed length controlled by cursor, the length tolerance is less than 0.2mm
4. Using antifriction bearing and hard alloy for guiding and band saw overload protection device.
5. Able to adjust the cutting speed according to material which extends service life of the saw blade and increases precision.
6. Saw blade using adjustable load to make sure the machine work without fatigue. Stepless speed can adjust to a best effect.
7. Able to stop the machine automatically when the band saw blade breaks to make sure safety.
8. Hydraulic control of sawing /cutting feeding, tensioning of band saw and clamping of workpiece.
9. Automatic brushing away the scraps and prolonging service life of saw blade
10. Feeding times at a time:9999, feeding length one way:500mm.
